Shipping Policy

When possible, orders received by 12 noon US central time will be shipped out the same day. Order received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Item(s) will be shipped via FedEx, SpeeDee Delivery, or USPS (US postal services) based on your preference.

Receipt and tracking information will be sent if an email address accompanies the order. This tracking information will contain your FedEx / SpeeDee / USPS tracking number.

NOTE: Outgoing shipments do not require signature confirmation, which means that in an event no one is present when the delivery arrives, the delivery driver can leave the item in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver’s discretion. Jenlis Inc will not be liable for any lost items that do not require a signature.

If you have special delivery request (like leave the shipment with a neighbor, or leasing office) or,Signature Required, please make sure to note it in the “Comment” section when you are completing the order.

International Customers

Item(s) will be shipped via FedEx or, USPS (US postal services) based on your preference. Please fill out the “Contact Us” form and we will get back to you the next business day with detailed shipping cost. Complete address, telephone number with area code and email address are required for international delivery estimates.

Cost of Shipping outside US:

  • For Canada, rate starts at $25 (final cost depends on the exact location), and for Europe (Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, etc) starts at $35 (final cost depends on the exact location).
  • We can ship the product anywhere in the world. If you want to know the exact cost of shipping, please fill out the "Contact Us" form with your full shipping address and we will get back to you.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for additional Duties / Tarrifs.
  • Please make sure you know the laws in your area, before you remove your aquatic vegetation.
  • MN Residence: 6.875% sales tax will be added to your purchase price.

Return Policy

Jenlis Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your order! If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for your returned merchandise (excluding Reciprocator), as long as the item(s) is returned in its original condition (excluding Weed Razer and Weed Razer Pro, please check Weed Razer and Weed Razer Pro return policy below).

Other returns or exchanges (including Reciprocator) will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance.

Weed Razer and Weed Razer Pro

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If the Weed Razer or the Weed Razer Pro doesn't work better than any other aquatic hand tool on the market, or if you are dissatisfied with it in anyway, we will give you your money back, "prorated for any wear and tear". This requires contact from you within 30 days of receiving the tool. To get the full refund, the tool should:

  • be clean
  • not be missing or, have any broken / damaged parts
  • should be returned with Invoice and within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Jenlis Inc. Products

1 Year Warranty

Jenlis Incorporated warranty will repair or replace, at our option and after inspection in our facility, any new or remanufactured item produced by Jenlis Inc. found defective by means of material and/or workmanship for a period of one year from invoice date. This warranty does not cover products which fail because of accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, improper installation, abuse, or when used in applications for which they were not designed or approved. Removal, installation, transportation, labor, inconvenience, damage of other components, personal damage and/or any injury or liability to other persons or property are not covered under this warranty. Jenlis Inc. shall not be liable for any and all consequential damage occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.

In the event it is necessary to contact Jenlis Inc., give the model number, serial number and purchase information in any correspondence. This warranty is not transferable.
