Shipping Policy
When possible, orders received by 2 pm US central time will be shipped out the same day. Order received after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. Item(s) will be shipped via UPS or, USPS (US postal services) based on your preference.
Tracking information will be sent if an email address accompanies the order. This tracking information will contain your UPS / USPS tracking number, and estimated arrival date.
NOTE: Outgoing shipments does not require signature confirmation, which means that in an event no one is present when the delivery arrives, the delivery driver can leave the item in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver’s discretion. Jenlis Inc will not be liable for any lost items that do not require a signature.
If you have special delivery request (like leave the shipment with a neighbor, or leasing office) or, Signature Required, please make sure to note it in the “Comment” section when you are completing the order.
International Customers
Item(s) will be shipped via UPS or, USPS (US postal services) based on your preference. Please fill out the “Contact Us” form and we will get back to you the next business day with detailed shipping cost. Complete address, telephone number with area code and email address are required for international delivery estimates.
Return Policy
Jenlis Inc wants you to be satisfied with your order! If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for your returned merchandise (excluding Reciprocator), as long as the item(s) is returned in its original condition (excluding WeedRazer, please check WeedRazer return policy below).
Other returns or exchanges (including Reciprocator) will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance.

100% SATISFACTION GUARENTEED. If the weedrazer doesn't work better than any other aquatic hand tool on the market, or if you are dissatisfied with it in anyway, we will give you your money back, "prorated for any wear and tear". To get the full refund, the WeedRazer should:
- be clean
- not be missing or, have any broken/ damaged parts
- should be returned with Invoice and within 7 days from the date of purchase
